Feast your eyes upon the resurrected Sabre Eyewear

I doubt anyone’s been as busy this year as the grim reaper, it’s seemed like 2016 has been one notable death after the other. So, in a time ostensibly filled with loss, it’s a sight for sore eyes to see the resurrection of previous eyewear staples Sabre. The sunglasses company is back in the salty hands of the original founders and operating out of the painfully hip Byron Bay.

The new drop is reminiscent of the brand’s former glory and sees the aesthetic and product both paired back to match the company’s original vision. They aren’t just pretty either, all shades are crafted from premium hand-made acetate and Carl Zeiss lenses. Though small, the collection features a variety of shapes ranging from classic to more bespoke, so you’ll definitely be able to find something that’ll look good wrapped around your misshapen dome.

Personally, we’re reaching for either the ‘Cutlass’ in Tortoise or the ‘Rambler’ in Cola – both would suit some poolside lounging very nicely.
